Yes, we offer a limited lifetime warranty on the frames of our power racks and benches, and a standard warranty on moving parts and accessories to ensure your home gym stands the test of time.
Can I return an item if it doesn't fit my space?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be in their original packaging and in like-new condition. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs on heavy fitness equipment.
How do I track my freight shipment?
Once your order ships via LTL freight, you will receive a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website. The carrier will typically call you to schedule a specific delivery window.
